New Patients & Returning Patients

We are no longer accepting new patients for chiropractic as of September 2025. Anyone who has scheduled with us within the last 2 years can still continue to schedule up until we close. Patients outside of that time frame or new patients are recommended to seek another clinic. Here are some recommendations for chiropractors in the area:

We are accepting short-term cases for new patients. Please keep in mind, we are currently booking out till mid-October for new patients/re-evaluations. If it has been more than two years since the last time you were in, you will need to be booked for a re-eval appointment. Patients who need more long-term care are recommended to seek another clinic. We accept most commercial insurances for both chiropractic and acupuncture. We do not accept Medicare at this time. We are also no longer accepting MVAs or L&I cases, please be aware of this before you call to schedule with us.

 If you're a first-time visitor at Woon's Healing Arts Center, you'll need to give us some information about your background, medical history and the nature of your condition. This is so that we can provide the best possible care, tailored to your specific circumstances. Your first visit will typically take one hour.  Please avoid caffeine and be well hydrated before your appointment. 

 You will need to fill out forms that provide general information about you and your condition. Copies are linked below and our staff is happy to assist you with the paperwork. 

 During your first consultation with the doctor, you'll discuss any health-related issues and concerns. You will also learn about potential treatment options. 

 In order to pinpoint the problem, the doctor will ask you a number of questions related to your condition. A variety of targeted tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent 

 If you have copies of prior x-rays, CT or MRI's, please bring them with you to your chiropractic appointment. .

 Before leaving, you will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat applications, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises. 

 Regular treatment is essential to the process. We work our treatments around your schedule. Generally speaking, patients are seen within one week of their initial visit and are provided with a complete review of findings. Treatment options for your condition will also be discussed at this time.
